Issue / Error Report
Before contacting us regarding a potential issue or error report try following these guidelines: • Provide software version. • Provide windows version and system configuration. • Provide Windows Office/Outlook version (2000, 2003, 2007 or 2010) • Describe issue or problem you are experiencing. Use as many details as possible, including screen shots of the error messages. • Describe the sequence of actions that lead to the error.
How To Perform A Screenshot
If you know how to do a screen shot, attach the image of the screen you are using in the MyPets software program and paste the image in the body of the email, this will speed up the process. Below is a picture of where you can find the Print Screen button on your keybaord.
Typcially, top right hand side. Using your mouse, use the right button, right click on the email body and a pop-up menu will appear. Click paste and the screen shot will be in the email. You can resize it to make it smaller if you wish.
